The best lawyers aspire to use their skills to serve the public good as clerks in the Supreme Court. Why can't the same be true for ?
We are Germany's technology task force, making the federal government and administration more digital and effective. Using the latest technology and user-centric design, we support the German administration in coping with 21st century challenges. The aim is to improve the lives of millions of citizens.
Tech4Germany aims to create innovation spaces in the German government and administration. We pair talented technologists, designers and entrepreneurs with top civil servants working at the highest levels of the federal government. Our Fellowship is a showcase for innovative ways of working in the public sector and a working environment characterized by an open feedback culture.
possible for tech talents
We aim to inspire tech talents to work for for the common good in the government and administration instead of starting at the major technology corporations. To do this, we create an working environment in which you can develop yourself and feel comfortable.
Fighting for change
We focus on doing! By focusing on short development cycles as well as user-centered ways of working, we can change the way how the administration thinks. Our team of tech talents and civil servants show that change can also happen in governments with the speed of a startup-up.
Putting users in the spotlight
From day one, we place users and citizens in the center of all our activities. In this way, we ensure that citizens and users enjoy using the developed government service, which increases their satisfaction and trust in the state.
